On May 29, the feast day of Kyiv, the traditional 5-th Kyiv Roller Marathon will take place on the main street - Khreschatyk. It have already became mandatory for roller-community, not only in Ukraine but also in CIS countries. Permanent organized by the "SAM Roller Club" with the support of the Kyiv City Administration and the Kyiv City Independent Federation of Roller Sports of all types and trends.
The event is opened for all and invites interested people in various categories: fitness, race, children and veterans.
This year is expected to take part more than 500 participants from different countries, including Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Estonia, Germany. This race is included into International Roller Cup (ISC) of Russian speedskating league. Valuable prizes are promised for winners of the CRM. Main sponsors are: the network of sports stores "Sportmaster", mineral water "BonAqua", the network of restaurants "ChayKof", sports nutrition "Trec Nutrition".
Residents and guests have the opportunity to participate in this sport event to join the roller movement in Ukraine and receive consolation prizes or to watch the brilliant struggle among professional athletes.
Professional approach and organization of the event, general recognition and respect of participants makes Kiev Roller Marathon one of the most prestigious inline speedskating competition in the CIS.
